德邦科技供應(yīng)商PCN變更計(jì)劃調(diào)查

目的：為提前識(shí)別物料變更的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，以便物料在有變更時(shí)能夠提前告知德邦。避免在德邦不知情的情況下，因物料變更，給雙方造成額外的損失和糾紛。填寫時(shí) ，請(qǐng)供應(yīng)商確保填寫內(nèi)容真實(shí)有效。如有物料變更計(jì)劃 ，請(qǐng)依據(jù)PCN協(xié)議內(nèi)容要求 ，填寫《供應(yīng)商變更申請(qǐng)表》并回傳，德邦確認(rèn)沒有問題后，實(shí)施變更即可。

注：該問卷調(diào)查每季度需填寫一次
