評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Grading Criteria:
杰出表現(xiàn):持續(xù)超越期望,在關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻顯示出卓越的成果或行為,為組織帶來顯著的附加價(jià)值。
Outstanding Performance: Consistently exceeding expectations and demonstrating exceptional results or behaviors at key moments that bring significant added value to the organization.
滿足期望:經(jīng)常達(dá)到并偶爾超出設(shè)定的目標(biāo)和期望,表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定且在多數(shù)領(lǐng)域超越同級(jí)同事。
Meeting expectations: Frequently meeting and occasionally exceeding set goals and expectations, consistently performing and outperforming peers in most areas.
基本達(dá)標(biāo):穩(wěn)定地達(dá)到設(shè)定的目標(biāo)和期望,完成所承擔(dān)的任務(wù)和職責(zé)。
Basic achievement: Steadily achieve the set goals and expectations, and complete the tasks and responsibilities assumed.
有待提高:在某些關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域或任務(wù)中未能達(dá)到期望,但總體上仍然有一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
Needs to be improved: Failure to meet expectations in some key areas or tasks, but overall still have some contribution.
明顯不足:在多個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域頻繁未能達(dá)到設(shè)定的目標(biāo)和期望,需要采取措施進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。
Obvious deficiencies: Frequent failures to meet set goals and expectations in a number of important areas that require improvement.
