二、課堂管理Classroom management
3)認真管理課堂教學秩序,善于營造良好的課堂氣氛,按時上、下課,無隨意停、調(diào)課情況。The teacher is serious in management of classroom teaching order, good at creating a good classroom atmosphere and punctual in class, without random stops or adjusting the lessons.
三、教學內(nèi)容Content of Teaching
4)學期初或課程開始時給學生講解教學大綱,明確教學目標、教學內(nèi)容、教學進度和評估方式。At the beginning of the semester or the course, the teacher explains to the students the syllabus, with clear teaching objectives, content, progress and assessment methods.
5)選用教材能反映本學科領(lǐng)域的研究新成果,適合學生課堂學習和自主性學習,根據(jù)課程的實際需要而恰當使用雙語教材或外語原版教材。The textbook(s) selected is/are bilingual or in a foreign language, appropriate to the curriculum needs, reflecting the new achievements in the field of the subject and suitable for both classroom and autonomous learning by students.
6)課堂講解理論聯(lián)系實際,提供或推薦的教學資料有助于學生學習,指導學生開展課外學習、研究和實踐。Classroom instruction combines theory with practice. Teaching materials are provided or recommended to help students to learn.Guidance is given to students to carry out extra-curricular study, research and practice.
7)課堂上注意指導學生的學習方法,注重學生創(chuàng)新意識、探索精神以及分析問題、解決問題和獨立思考能力的培養(yǎng),能夠根據(jù)實際需要合理布置課堂作業(yè),并給予認真批復。Classroomguidance concentrates on students' learning methods, innovation consciousness, the spirit of exploration, the skill of problem analyzing and solving, and the cultivation of the ability of independent thinking. The assignments are actual, reasonable with serious feedback.
四、教學方法Teaching Methods

9)對PPT、板書等輔助教學手段的運用得當,有助于學生理解和記錄,能夠幫助同學們更好地掌握本門課程的知識。Uses of teaching aids, such as PPT and whiteboard ect., are appropriate and help students to understand, record and better grasp knowledge of the course.

Through classroom learning, the students are able to scientifically and systematically master the content learned, like basic knowledge and theories.
