International Survey on UNESCO Biosphere Reserves

We are pleased to invite you to participate in an online survey as part of the international research project “Effectiveness and Future Development Strategy of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Network”, led by UNESCO in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The survey aims to assess the progress of Biosphere Reserves (BRs) worldwide and evaluate the effectiveness of the MAB Programme’s Strategic Objectives for 2016–2025. Your input will help identify gaps, capacity-building needs, and opportunities to support the implementation of the new framework – the Hangzhou Strategic Action Plan.
The survey consists of three sections and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you have any questions, suggestions, or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
All responses will be reviewed and analyzed by the research team and used solely for the purposes of this study. Preliminary findings will be shared during the 5th World Congress of Biosphere Reserves.
Thank you very much for your time and valuable contribution.
